Marketing and Engagement

There will always be some excitement cooking in the cafe. Guests are treated to a year-round calendar of special events and promotions as your director of FNS customizes the promotional calendar from more than 90 professionally designed campaigns in nine categories.

Cafe guests will enjoy more than menus and food quality that they’d expect from area retail restaurants. They’ll also be treated to a year-round calendar of special events, menu-based promotions and monthly food festivals built around the season’s freshest harvests. These ongoing product promotions as well as seasonal and special promotions highlight the wide variety of dining products and offerings available for patients.

Your Morrison Healthcare field marketing team will weave in customized retail programming based upon a yearly calendar of promotions, including wellness, limited-time offers and monthly specials. The field marketing team will continue building upon our extensive knowledge of the patients, families and guests utilizing your dining venues, including their lifestyles, routines and priorities within and beyond the food and service categories.

Your team uses MyCompass monthly to:

  • Access materials for at least three promotions scheduled for the coming month
  • Access and run seasonal and optional promotions
  • Ensure timely ordering of promotion-related products and materials
  • Ensure timely production and placement of marketing materials

The new promotions are coordinated with those being done by other Compass Group sectors. By doing this, we take advantage of volume purchasing and distribution.

Additionally, our managers will consistently conduct On-site Insights, our proprietary focus group methodology, with the primary objective being to assess guest preferences, surface opportunities and gain an understanding of priorities and habits as they relate to the local dining experience. This process enables us to validate the demographics and profiles of our customers/potential customers. On-site Insights sessions can be conducted at regular intervals and/or scheduled based on specific topics, such as new concepts, new menu items, technology solutions and service styles.

Guests can browse menus, customize their meals, quickly reorder their favorites without having to rebuild personalized items, and receive customer support or provide feedback right in the app. InstaEat’s mobile and desktop options offer greater flexibility with multichannel ordering.

The Exchange is an unmanned retail space where individuals can purchase food and beverages. Custom-fit to accommodate an existing space and packed with enticing options to keep guests happy and healthy, The Exchange is the perfect addition to waiting room areas and doctors’ lounges. The Exchange features refrigerated cases that house fresh grab-and-go options such as salads, sandwiches, beverages, frozen treats and other perishable snacks. Specialty coffees are also popular choices to offer in the space. The Exchange is managed and stocked regularly by the food and beverage operator.

Automated Foodservice

Just Baked is offering a turnkey, lucrative automated food business throughout the state of Florida. With today’s preference for contactless experiences, Morrison has developed some outstanding options to satisfy your guests.  Just Baked delivers artisan pastries, flatbread pizzas and more from a multifunction oven for a “baked-to-order” result.

This is an exciting revenue-generating machine that requires minimal labor with ready-to-load products delivered frozen. Some items include giant cinnamon rolls, White Castle cheeseburger sliders, bao buns, breakfast sandwiches, calzones, potstickers and more incredibly delicious options.
