Patient Experience

While obtaining high patient satisfaction scores is essential, we believe developing a culture of service is just as important. Each of our associates plays an essential role in the care of all patients. Crafting the personalized experience begins with hiring the right people – people with a passion for food, a heart for hospitality and the spirit to serve.

Positive Impressions

Consumerism has gripped healthcare. Patients and their families feel more empowered; they examine social media and review star ratings to decide how they want to experience healthcare. Thus, every facility understands its brand is important to its future. Perceptions matter. Reputation matters. Little things can impact a patient/family assessment either way – good or bad.

In 2014, we adopted our results-proven Positive Impressions approach to enhance the patient experience. Positive Impressions is a core belief that drives everything we do. It includes training strategies for frontline associates and provides specialized resources to support focused experiences.

Only Morrison Healthcare and Crothall Healthcare offer patient experience specialists. Our Positive Impressions team of more than 300 managers focuses only on improving the healthcare experience at each of our client facilities. Our VP of patient experience has created programs that deliver, and the talented team members see to it that they are executed to perfection.
